To Mail In Your De vice please follow the steps below:

1. Call our office at 1-833-426-2637 to request a new mail service case number.
2. Take a photo of the device prior to shipping. (In case of damage claim.)
3. Ship your device to the address below. (we suggest using Fed Ex or USPS ground for shipping)
4. Please click button below to add tracking number.
5. An invoice for payment will be sent via email.  (This is the initial service charge if any additional cost is assessed a separate invoice will be sent with the balance prior to return shipping.)

That's it you are done!  Once we receive your device  and payment we will complete a full diagnosis and call you with findings along with a final quote and approval to complete the service.    Once final payment the device will be shipped back to the return address and we will cover the return ground shipping.
